We Built Revenue Enablement Differently. Forrester and Our Customers Took Notice.

Yesterday, Forrester published The Forrester Wave™: Revenue Enablement Platforms, Q4 2026, and Letter AI was named a Strong Performer, a Customer Favorite, and the only AI-native provider in the evaluation.

I’m incredibly proud of what that represents.

This was our first time participating in a Forrester Wave. We were evaluated alongside eight established providers, many of whom have had a decade or more to build in this category.

We are three years into building and just getting started.

My co-founder Armen and I built Letter AI because we believed revenue enablement needed to fundamentally change. The platforms that defined the category were built for a different era: one centered on repositories, folders, search, and destinations sellers had to remember to visit.

AI gave us the opportunity to rethink that model from the ground up.

And in a remarkably short amount of time, our team has built a platform that is already competing with companies that had a 10-year head start.

That’s worth celebrating. But what excites me more is what it says about where this industry is going.

The only AI-native platform in the Wave

Forrester called Letter AI “this evaluation’s only AI-native provider” and said our vision “challenges how enablement knowledge is created, organized, and delivered.”

That’s exactly what we set out to do.

We didn’t build another enablement platform and add AI to it. We built Letter AI-native from day one, without inheriting the architecture or assumptions of the platforms that came before us.

That changes what an enablement platform can be.

Instead of asking sellers to search for what they need, the right knowledge can find them. Instead of spending weeks creating and updating content and training, teams can create it in minutes. And instead of enablement living somewhere outside the deal, it can understand the customer, the conversation, and what’s happening right now and help a seller take the next step.

Forrester recognized that difference, noting that Letter “eliminates much of the hunting, taxonomy management, and content sprawl associated with traditional enablement.”

We believe that’s where the entire category needs to go.

The recognition that means the most: Customer Favorite

Forrester also named Letter AI a Customer Favorite, a designation based on outstanding customer feedback.

Of everything in this report, this is what makes me proudest.

Forrester spoke directly with our customers, and summarized what they heard this way:

“Letter AI receives praise for innovation velocity, fast time to value, multilingual support, executive accessibility, and willingness to build alongside enablement teams and rapidly incorporate customer feedback into the product.”

I couldn’t write a better description of the company we’re trying to build.

Moving quickly matters. Innovation matters. But none of it matters if you aren’t solving real problems for customers.

We’ve built Letter alongside the people who use it. They push us, challenge us, tell us what isn’t working, and help shape what we build next. That closeness to our customers isn’t something we intend to lose as we grow. It’s one of our greatest advantages.

To every customer who spoke with Forrester, sent us feedback, challenged our thinking, or asked us to build something better: thank you. This recognition belongs to you, too.

Eight top scores in our first Wave

Forrester evaluated providers across 30 criteria. Letter received the highest possible score of 5 in eight criteria:

The 8 criteria where Letter received the highest possible score of 5 in The Forrester Wave
Criterion Why it matters to revenue teams
Guided selling Deal-aware guidance in the moment, not after the fact
Seller efficiency Time given back to sellers to spend with buyers
Information management for sellers The right knowledge finds the rep, without hunting through folders
Content and course authoring Training and content built in minutes, not weeks
Content creation experience AI that creates on-brand, deal-specific assets
Language support Global teams enabled in their own languages
Customer care A team that builds alongside you
Innovation (strategy) A different architecture, not features bolted onto an old one

Those scores aren’t accidental. They map directly to the problems we started Letter to solve.

Revenue teams don’t need another place to put content. Sellers don’t need another destination to search. And companies shouldn’t have to stitch together a dozen tools just to prepare their people to have great customer conversations.

The industry can do better.

Building for what comes next

The established players in this market have spent years defining what a revenue enablement platform looks like.

We’re challenging that definition.

Forrester wrote that our innovation “distinguishes it from much of the field” and described Letter as best suited for enterprises looking to modernize enablement “without inheriting a conventional revenue enablement platform architecture.”

That last part matters.

Every major technology shift creates a moment when the assumptions of the previous generation stop making sense. We believe AI is creating that moment in revenue enablement right now.

We’re still early. There is an enormous amount left for us to build. But to go from starting with a different thesis to being named the only AI-native provider, a Strong Performer, and a Customer Favorite in our first Forrester Wave makes me incredibly proud of this team and how quickly they’ve gotten us here.

And we’re not slowing down.

We’ll keep shipping. We’ll keep listening to our customers. And we’ll keep pushing this category toward what we believe it should become: AI-native, deeply connected to the customer and the deal, and built to help revenue teams drive better outcomes.

A decade is a meaningful head start.

But the next generation of this category won’t look like the last. We’re building for the decade ahead.

Thank you to our customers, our team, and Peter Ostrow and the Forrester team for a rigorous evaluation.
